Partnership Records
Track institutional partner profiles, documented milestones, and controlled relationship notes.
- Record status chronology
- Documentation references
- Role-visible annotations
CypherPartnership
Coordinate institutional partner pathways, node collaboration, and network development through structured workflows and documented controls.
CypherPartnership is a dedicated ecosystem module for partnership, affiliate, and network-development functions, distinct from public asset discovery in the Asset Showcase.
CypherPartnership Workspace
A dedicated environment for partnership records, network-development coordination, and controlled collaboration workflows. This area is operational by design and separate from asset showcase and reviewer decision modules.
Access is permission-based and enabled only according to each user’s assigned role and approved workspace scope.
Module 01
Track institutional partner profiles, documented milestones, and controlled relationship notes.
Module 02
Monitor outreach sequences, node coordination checkpoints, and pending pathway handoffs.
Module 03
Coordinate cross-team tasks with scoped visibility and documented handover references.
Module 04
Execute workspace actions only where role policy and record state allow progression.
Platform routing
This workspace supports partnership operations only. Asset showcase presentation and reviewer adjudication remain in their dedicated modules.
CypherPartnership workspace
Partnership users access only CypherPartnership functions and records explicitly permitted by their assigned role. This workspace does not grant public showcase actions, node operations, or reviewer controls.
Access is constrained to role-defined partnership workflows and collaboration records.
Users can view and update only relationship records and documents mapped to their permission tier.
Available actions are limited to approved coordination, request routing, and status communication paths.
No trading, approval authority, or ownership validation is implied through partnership access.
Record architecture
Each module keeps its own record boundary. Cross-navigation is permitted for context and handoff, while underlying logs remain isolated by function and role permissions.
Module 01
Node profiles, certifications, and public node context.
Open moduleModule 02
Public listing exploration and compliant interest signaling.
Open moduleModule 03
Submission, saved assets, and role-based node workspace actions.
Open moduleModule 04
Reviewer decisions, evidence references, and audit timelines.
Open moduleModule 05
Partnership-scoped records, counterpart workflows, and route history.
Open moduleSeparation rule:
Records remain separated by function and permission model; cross-navigation provides context only and does not merge underlying logs.
Permission boundaries are defined in access control and supporting disclosure language in compliance principles.
